1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CMSafety.ie provides safety training courses and consultancy services. Course bookings are subject to availability and our booking policy.

3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

All payments for courses must be made in full prior to the course date. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund or a transfer to another course will be offered.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and the CMSafety.ie brand are the intellectual property of CMSafety.ie. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

CMSafety.ie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or attendance at our courses.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
